How shall he/she be recognized?

> Promote the (unit). -90 gold (unit): +200 XP

> Hold a celebartion in (unit's city). -250 gold (unit's city): gain Triumph (+2 martial training per year)

> We cannot afford such extravagance. (unit's city): +20 unrest
