That's 王任秋子 ("Wáng Rèn Qiūzǐ"). She's born in 1990 and is 22 right now. East Asian models often go for the "cute" look however, which makes them look way younger than their actual age.

The NC model is 歪歪 ("Wāi Wāi", sometimes written as "YY"), real name 李玲 ("Lǐ Líng") and the TR one is 谢言 ("XièYán").
